Fall Sports Physicals

Attention Fall Athletes and Parents of Fall Athletes: This is a reminder that physicals for Fall sports are due in the Main office by August 18th. The office will be open during the summer (Monday-Thursday). If you have any questions or concerns with meeting this due date, please contact Mrs. Walsh-Shell at kwalsh-shell@ucfsd.net.
